FreeVideoCoding.com	Taking advantage of a simple pulley at the end of the boom a quick rig can be set up to hoist loads over the lifelines to the boat deck. One RopeTie is all that's needed to provide a 3 to 1 mechanical advantage and to relieve the hoisting effort by retaining the load when the line is released. In this example a kayak is hoisted with good control and little exertion. With one end over the lifelines one person can easly swing the other end over - an operation that normally would require two people.
